Bristling with the latest technology, Georgia was launched in 2000 and was a carbon/foam/epoxy race yacht built for Jim Farmer.
At the time of launching Georgia was the latest thinking from Farr Yacht Design and for several years was one of the best all-round racing yachts in New Zealand.
Although Georgia's interior was equipped to the minimum requirements of the IMS rating rule, it was tastefully designed by Grant Reid and a great example of how an interior can be lightweight yet inviting.
