Water Ballast

A game changer for the fast-pace world of foiling and adapting to changing sea conditions

The success of this new function lies in its simplicity. It is a watertight system below deck that contains no mechanical parts allowing coaches to increase or decrease the weight of the boat depending on the conditions.

In standard conditions, coaches can enjoy a lightweight boat. But if the sea state changes, coaches can make adjustments adding up to 170kg of water ballast to the bottom of the hull where it is most effective. This addition makes the aft section and tubes sit lower in the water, ensuring maximum stability and easy handling in rough seas and heavy chop. When towing, the ballast is removed to maximise fuel efficiency and meet trailer weight regulations.

For those who want to be ahead of the curve, production slots are now available.
